During this phase we will have the professional photos, 3-D virtual tour and property video shot and prepare all of the other marketing materials for your home.  This step ensures your home makes a strong first impression when it hits the market.

Comprehensive Real Estate Marketing Plan

Property on Market

During this phase I will proactively look for Buyers for your home.  I will respond to inquiries promptly and schedule property showings.  You will be kept up to date at all times and provided feedback for all property showings.

Negotiations

Once we receive an offer on your home I will help you analyze the price and terms.  We will formulate a negotiation strategy to move forward with that will result in you netting the highest price possible with the most favorable terms.

History of Successful Real Estate Sales

Contract Phase

During the contract phase my transaction team and myself will manage and oversee the mortgage process, title work, property inspections and homeowners association review.  We will respond to all information requests promptly and keep you up to date at all times.

Closing

I will arrange for a closing time and location that is convenient for you.  Prior to closing I will review the final settlement statement with you, assist with utility transfers and address any last minute details that may arise.
