Home Buyer's Guide - Property Showings
Once you identify some homes or condos for sale in Ocean City that are of interest I will schedule a private tour of these properties for you. As you are going through the listings on this website you can save the listings you want to see as "favorites" by clicking the heart icon. I can then retrieve these listings from your account and schedule the property showings. While I am scheduling the showings I will conduct preliminary research on the listings and gather any useful "intel" that may be available.
I have access to every home and condo listed for sale in Ocean City and will make the overall showing process more efficient for you. We can typically see all of the Ocean City properties on your list in a day and I will always make good use of your time. Important things to pay attention to when we are touring the listings:
- Property Condition
- Surrounding Area
- Renovations Needed
- Rental Potential (if a priority)
- Amenities
- Age of Mechanicals and Appliances
- View (if a priority)
- Community Condition
- Monthly Expenses
While touring the properties we will also view the amenities and surrounding area. Having been licensed since 2005 and a lifelong resident of the Ocean City area I am familiar with a majority of the buildings and communities in the Ocean City real estate market. As we are touring the listings I will provide you with valuable local market knowledge and insight (good and bad) relative to each one.
The properties start to blend together after viewing several in a day. At the end of the tour we can revisit any listings that make the "short list" for a second look. After the property tour I will promptly follow-up with any additional information you may need. This overall property showing process will put you in a position to make informed decisions when the time is right.
