Matt's Fish Camp

Matt's has become a favorite of locals and summer visitors to the area who crave traditional seafood or something a little more creative. Matt’s Fish Camp offers a unique and creative menu with a lot of great options to choose from.
For starters I recommend a selection of Oysters from their raw bar or the Lobster and Crab Cobb Salad. For the main course, the Sussex County Fried Rice is not to be missed. It is an Eastern Shore take on fried rice with fried chicken, scrapple, veggies, mushrooms and a sunny side egg. The Fish Camp Stew and Crab Cakes are also very good. In addition to their traditional menu, Matt’s offers a new special menu everyday and a good kid’s menu.
Operated by the Sodel Concepts Restaurant Group, the food is consistently good and always well executed. Their motto is "beautiful simple food." The tenured staff is always friendly and provide good service. Matt's offers a coastal, casual environment that is not "stuffy" at all. They even have an area outside for our four legged friends!
